For even the Son of Man came not to be served, but to serve...
Mark 10:45
We follow Jesus by serving others with humility, generosity, and a willing heart. Jesus modeled a life of servant leadership—putting the needs of others before Himself, loving people well, and faithfully serving without seeking recognition or praise. As we serve, we want to reflect that same spirit by looking for ways to bless others, meet practical needs, encourage those around us, and contribute to the life and mission of our church. Serving is not about receiving credit, gaining influence, or being in control; it is about faithfully using the time, gifts, and resources God has given us for the good of others and the glory of God. Whether serving behind the scenes, welcoming someone through our doors, caring for children, helping with a ministry, or simply noticing a need and stepping in to meet it, every act of humble service matters. We want to cultivate a culture where people joyfully serve one another, lead by example, and follow Jesus by choosing love, sacrifice, and faithfulness in all we do.
